Cooking Class: A Dining Tour of France and Italy
In this cooking class with Chef Tiffany, you'll prepare a gourmet three-course dinner featuring French and Italian classics. With a strong background in Continental cooking, Chef Tiffany will teach you the skills and techniques to preparing these beloved European cuisines. You'll learn how to assemble an antipasto appetizer, as well as a creamy shrimp pasta dish in a white wine butter sauce. For dessert, you'll whip up a warm bread pudding with vanilla sauce. You'll leave the class ready to serve up these incredible dishes for your next special occasion.

Chef Tiffany arrived on time with all the supplies and materials she would need. She did an excellent job explaining what we were going to make, and how we were going to make it. She patiently answered all of our questions. Also very personable and a pleasure to work with. Very memorable experience. We would love to have her back again soon đź’•

Born and raised in Maryland, Chef Tiffany gathered her strong sense of Southern culture from her mother. After graduating from Johnson & Wales University in Charlotte, North Carolina, she began teaching, which has given her the chance to share her enthusiasm for cooking. Chef Tiffany is excited to bring her experience and passion in the culinary world to a growing roster of students of all skill levels and backgrounds.
