Cooking Class: Latin-American Date in a Chef's Kitchen

A unique regional cuisine is on the menu in this magical date night culinary experience.

Chef Gustavo shares his expertise in Ibero-American fusion cuisine in this hands-on course, perfect for a romantic evening in the kitchen! You’ll prepare shrimp with garlic, parsley and dried chile de árbol as you master the art of sautéing. Then, you’ll craft a green plantain cake and learn to fillet fresh fish like a professional to create fillets wrapped in banana leaves and guajillo paste. Your date night enchantment concludes on a sweet note with a decadent dessert of sweet crêpes

The experience with the chef was amazing. Very friendly knowledgeable, professional and overall great! We could not ask for better experience. Really felt like we traveled to Peru.
