Cooking Class: Iconic Spain and Portugal Cuisine

Discover the exciting flavors of Iberia in this cooking class with Chef Gustavo. You'll explore the countries of Spain and Portugal across three authentic courses using high-quality ingredients distinctive of the region. First, you'll prepare gambas al ajillo diablo with garlic, parsley, lemon juice, white wine and hot dry peppers. Next, you'll make a traditional paella Valenciana using pork, chicken, green beans, rice, alubia beans, paprika and saffron. Finally, you'll end class with light crĂŞpes choosing between dulce de leche or Nutella filling.

Chef Gustavo was great. He took time to explain the history of the dish and provided lots of tips on how to improve my cooking. Because of him, I will be looking to do more of these classes.

He brings international inspiration from his travels through Latin America, France, Spain and the Caribbean. Chef Gustavo studied at the prestigious L'Academie de Cuisine and is available to teach cooking classes in both English and Spanish.
