Warm and friendly Chef Raaje hosted a phenomenal class. The dishes were delicious and will be easy to make at home once she teaches you. “Chicken 65” is my new favorite protein. Chicken Biryani is a flavorful one pot chicken and rice dish. We also learned the culture of south indian food. Thank you so much Chef Raaje ❤️
