I had the most amazing experience taking a one-on-one cooking class with Rajeswari! From the moment I arrived, she was incredibly warm, kind, and welcoming. As the only student in the class, I got her full attention, and it truly felt like a private masterclass in Indian cooking. We made several delicious dishes — Chicken Biryani, Chicken 65, Mango Lassi, and a refreshing Cucumber Onion Raita. Each one was bursting with flavor, and Rajeswari made the process so easy to follow, breaking everything down step by step. She also took the time to explain the health benefits of the ingredients, like how yogurt supports digestion, or how turmeric and spices can reduce inflammation and boost immunity. It wasn’t just a cooking lesson — it was an experience filled with learning, laughter, and some of the best food I’ve ever made. I left feeling confident and inspired, with recipes I’ll definitely be making again. I can’t recommend Rajeswari’s class highly enough!
