Chef Kevin will teach you the essential fundamentals to craft pasta by hand in this fun cooking class. 


The class begins with a starter prepared by Chef Kevin, a seasonal Italian appetizer to get you in the spirit. Next, you'll whip up a classic pasta dough with flour and eggs before kneading the dough and shaping it into either spaghetti or fettuccine. As the pasta boils, Chef Kevin will show you how to start the tomato sauce to be the base of a fresh marinara or a hearty ragu meat sauce. Prepare a savory mushroom and sausage sauce or a fresh sautéed vegetable sauce yourself. Pair with your pasta and enjoy your main feast. Finish the meal with a seasonal dessert prepared by Chef Kevin in advance. Book your class today!

Kevin is relatable, kind and fun. Supplies he ought to offer are paper towels and towelettes. Option to make add’l roles was not adequately communicated but there was enough raw materials to do just that. The brewery was a fun environment as well. A one page “crib sheet” that summarizes basic supplies needed, rice prep ingredient ration (water, vinegar, sugar. Seaweed,etc) and suggestions or key takeaways that summarize the experience would have been appreciated.

Took the day off work and drove an hour for the class. Kevin never showed up. I heard others saying they got an email at 2 pm that it was canceled
