Cooking Class: A Taste of Classic Italy
Enjoy an evening of Italian pasta classics in this heartwarming cooking class with Chef Tiff!
During this culinary class, you'll recreate much-loved pasta dishes from scratch, using techniques that have been perfected by Italian Nonnas for generations. Start by making roasted eggplant to which you'll give a modern twist with a spicy arrabbiata sauce and creamy ricotta. Of course, the main event is learning to make pasta from scratch, and for this part of the class, you'll create long hand-cut tagliatelle pasta strands soaked in a savory blend avocado beurre blanc sauce. On the side, you'll prepare a crisp bib salad featuring pickled radishes, cherry tomatoes and a light Champagne-shallot vinaigrette. You'll cap off your Italian feast with a classic crème brûlée complete with a perfectly caramelized topping.
