Cooking Class: A Taste of Classic Italy
Enjoy an evening of Italian pasta classics in this heartwarming cooking class with Chef Tiff!
During this culinary class, you'll recreate much-loved pasta dishes from scratch, using techniques that have been perfected by Italian Nonnas for generations. Start by making a classic Caprese salad blending tomato, Mozzarella cheese and basil flavors together. Of course, the main event is learning to make pasta from scratch, and for this part of the class, you'll create long hand-cut tagliatelle pasta strands with either chicken or fish, soaked in a savory basil beurre blanc sauce. On the side, you'll prepare a crisp bib salad featuring pickled radishes, cherry tomatoes and a light Champagne-shallot vinaigrette. You'll cap off your Italian feast with a classic personalized mini tiramisù.
