In this interactive cooking class, you’ll explore the renowned culinary tradition of Spanish tapas. Chef Joshua Elias is eager to teach you how to create these delicious small plates. For your first dish, you’ll combine fresh citrus with briny olives for a uniquely flavored tapa. Next, you’ll season succulent scallops with garlic, paprika and herbs to create a beautiful gambas al Vieira tapa. For the centerpiece of the meal, you’ll learn how to perfectly cook rice and properly season seafood to prepare a traditional seafood paella.

We really enjoyed Joshua’s class on making gnocchi. The dish was delicious and he made it so easy to make. Homemade gnocchi will become a regular dish in my house now!
