Cooking Class: All About Pasta Party

In this hands-on cooking class with Chef Joshua Elias, you'll learn how to make all different kinds of pasta from scratch, including two different pasta doughs! To start, you'll prepare a gnocchi dough before rolling and shaping it into your gourmet gnocchi, which you'll serve alongside jamón (dry cured ham) with lemon and herbs. Next, you'll whip up your second pasta dough before using it to make tagliatelle, a delicate and long flat-ribboned pasta. Lastly, Chef Joshua Elias will show you how to create flavor-packed stuffed pasta dishes as you prepare a savory agnolotti filled with pork and mascarpone and a sweet mezza luna filled with mascarpone, honey and pralines.
