In this hands-on cooking class with Chef Joshua Elia, you’ll prepare a simple yet impressive, traditional French dinner menu. Throughout this fun and engaging class, Chef Joshua Elias will teach you how to transform basic ingredients into mind-blowing dishes bursting with distinctly French flavors. To start, you'll learn how to make an authentic French onion soup, topped with baguette slices and melted Gruyere cheese. Then, Chef Joshua Elias will show you how to whip up a classic beef bourguignon, a savory beef stew made with premium New York strip steak. You'll enjoy your show-stopping beef entrée with a side of creamy and garlicky Chantilly potatoes. Lastly, you'll end your feast on a sweet note, with a sweet apple tart dessert featuring cinnamon, vanilla and whipped cream.

Great hands on learning while sipping cocktails with friends/family. Chef Josh has a great personality, was very kind and patient with us while we learned to mix and roll dough for the first time :)
