Cooking Class: Trip to Little Italy

In this hands-on cooking class with Chef Eric, you will take your taste buds on a trip to Little Italy as you learn how to prepare an authentic three-course Italian menu using fresh, high-quality ingredients and classic Italian recipes. 


Chef Eric will begin by teaching you how to make a traditional Italian bruschetta appetizer from scratch. Then, you will learn how to prepare delicate, creamy manicotti stuffed with a fragrant, garlicky ricotta. Lastly, you will end on a sweet note with a refreshing lemon raspberry granita for dessert.

It was great! Chef Eric was really nice. I think a tip would be to have guests working on a project chopping or creating something together to break the ice with guests.
