In this lively session, you’ll make spicy tuna rolls and a colorful ahi poke bowl using perfectly seasoned sushi rice and fresh ahi tuna. Chef Thomas will guide you through every step, from rinsing rice like a sushi chef (yes, it matters) to rolling tight, beautiful sushi that actually holds together. Chef Thomas’ pork chop with his miso Demi glacé signature sauce was the best I’ve ever had, perfectly cooked medium, deeply flavorful. He’s a disciplined, talented chef and a great teacher.
