In this hands-on cooking class, you'll learn how to make four dishes with Asian-inspired flavors and plenty of fresh ingredients. To begin, you'll toss together a cucumber and carrot salad then assemble shrimp toast with duck sauce. For the main dish, you'll learn how to make phở from scratch, choosing your meat or vegetables and seasoning the broth to your taste. For dessert, Chef Michelle will teach you to make a beloved Vietnamese street-food snack, pandan waffles with blackberry sauce.

Chef Michelle is great! She has a lot of experience cooking and teaching others how to cook and it's very clear - she makes it very approachable for everyone. She is also great with knife skills so anyone working with her will definitely learn some very helpful techniques. I highly recommend Chef Michelle!
