Great experience and learned about the cuisine and how to make it. Intimate setting and hands on approach.

This was an excellent class! Chef Parsati catered the class to my dietary restrictions and made sure to provide examples along the way of different things I could try and alternatives that could work well with every dish. The food was amazing, and I left the class having learned a ton about how to make Indian food at home on my own. Overall a great experience!

Unfortunately, this was not a class at all. 1. The only hands-on food prep we had was dicing vegetables, that were already pre-cut! We were not involved in mixing, nor measuring, nor cooking. The host cooked on a small hot plate behind us before the class began. 2. This took place sitting around small card tables, not in a kitchen. Beware to those attending in San Carlos. The host struggled to speak loud enough for everyone to hear. 3. We learned nothing, and ultimately spent $60 per person to eat a a small bowl of rice with frozen shrimp that wasn’t thawed enough in time for the class. Nobody at the “class” could believe what was happening.
