What You’ll Do

Practice your knife skills by chopping Roma tomatoes and basil to top a crispy Italian baguette. Finish off your refreshing bruschetta with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Next, whip up pasta from scratch with an easy dough made from flour, eggs and olive oil. Chef Rajeswari will teach you the techniques to knead your dough before rolling it out and cutting it into fettuccine. As the pasta boils, simmer a creamy Alfredo sauce with butter, cream and Parmesan cheese with a sprinkle of cracked black pepper. End the meal on a sweet note with a decadently layered tiramisu.
