Chef Parsati was an excellent host and guide on this introduction to Indian cuisine. She shared many valuable pieces of advice on cooking frameworks, and made me want to dig deeper into the diverse world of Indian food. Highly recommend.

I enjoyed this dumpling making class with chef parsati. I was expecting a private class with just my boyfriend and I but I think she had to make adjustments due to maintenance and it ended up being enjoyable meeting a few other people. The flavors and instructions were all easy to follow and replicate, however when I booked the course it listed a peanut salad as an appetizer and coconut mango fudge we would be learning as well. We didn’t get either of those but she did add in a soup that was good too. And I appreciate the full recipe copy sent over as well. Overall, it was a good class , I just had a few additional expectations that were listed online, and she should change/remove them if it is no longer applicable.
