Explore the techniques to make gluten-free sushi in this hands-on cooking class!
To begin the class, you'll learn the secret to making the perfect seasoned sushi rice before diving into three delicious sushi rolls. Begin by layering cucumber and rice on nori sheets to make a kappa maki cucumber roll. Next, pair rice and tuna to make a teka maki tuna roll. Third, you'll make a rainbow roll stuffed with salmon, tuna, yellowtail, crab, avocado and cucumber. And finally, make crispy shrimp tempura to serve in a roll with avocado, cucumber and a drizzle of sushi sauce and spicy mayo. Book this sushi making class today!

I have been wanting to learn about sous vide for a long time. In fact, my husband and I are now looking at purchasing a sous vide and vacuum sealer! I recommend Chef Ricky for this class and others. I’m hoping to do a sushi class with him next. The food was delicious and the best part is I learned how to make it! Chef Ricky keeps you engaged in the process step by step and very entertaining with his knowledge of food and cooking. Highly recommend! You won’t be disappointed.

Best date night experience ever! Chef Ricky is great!! He gives a little history behind the why while explaining the how’s and really makes sure you’re comfortable with the tasks. Highly recommended
