To begin the class, you'll learn the secret to making the perfect seasoned sushi rice before diving into three delicious sushi rolls. Begin by layering cucumber and rice on nori sheets to make a kappa maki cucumber roll. Next, pair rice and tuna to make a teka maki tuna roll. Third, you'll make a rainbow roll stuffed with salmon, tuna, yellowtail, crab, avocado and cucumber. Chef Ricky was AMAZING!! He was casual, funny, and informative...as well as a wonderful teacher and chef. My wife and I took the class to celebrate our 7th anniversary, and the interaction with Ricky (and, the six other guests in attendance) was extremely fun and memorable. The meal we prepared together was incredible!! Thank you, so much!!!

Best cooking class ever!! My husband and I enjoy taking cooking classes together. Chef Ricky is incredibly knowledgeable, and made French food accessible. We will definitely be able to recreate the recipes, and the dishes were delicious.
