Cooking Class: Dim Sum From Scratch

If you’ve ever dreamed of making your own mouthwatering dim sum feast, this hands-on cooking class is your chance.


Under the expert guidance of Chef Vivian and Michi, you'll learn to create an impressive spread of Asian favorites. The session starts with a dumpling making workshop where you'll master folding techniques using freshly-made dough and your choice of savory ground meat or vegetable fillings. Or you can opt to make pot stickers instead with the filling of your choice. And for the main course, you'll prepare authentic Kung Pao chicken packed with bold flavors like chili, soy and hoisin sauce. To round out the meal, you'll fry up golden bananas drizzled with honey and sprinkled with sesame seeds. Book your spot and get cooking!

Chef Vivian & Michi were so welcoming and helpful through the class. They gave us several different tips for the recipes they taught us and different proteins or veggies that can be utilized. Will definitely be attending another class!!

This was a very fun and informative class! Vivi and Michi were really great to learn from, they made sure we understood what we were doing, the food was delicious, and there was a ton of it! They were so nice, funny, and caring, as well as having a wealth of knowledge about the history of the food and the science behind a lot of it. I highly recommend taking any of their classes and I will hopefully take another one soon!!
