You'll not only learn to mix, roll and fold freshly prepared dough, you'll also pick your choice of meat or veggie filling for the dumplings and potstickers. Next, you'll create a classic kung pao chicken bursting with sweet, spicy and savory flavors, crunchy peanuts and just the right amount of heat. Known for her warm teaching style and love of big flavors, Chef Taciana will guide you step by step throughout.
