Become a baking master in this hands-on cooking class. Chef Karen will teach you the recipes and techniques for creating these classic desserts from around the world. Start with a savory appetizer of angel eggs topped with a mixture of mayo, mustard and scallions. Then, dive into French baking with a tarte tatin using fresh apples. Then, journey to Italy to make a classic cannoli. Make a golden shell to fill with mascarpone and chocolate. Then, make a classic tiramisu using lady fingers layered with expresso and a sweet ricotta mixture.

With over 20 years of kitchen experience, Chef Karen has done it all, from earning culinary degrees in pastry and restaurant management to working with Michelin-star chefs. She began cooking Southern soul food at age seven and now owns and operates her own catering company. She's even prepared gourmet dishes for A-listers and celebrity clients!
