Had a great class with Chef Greg and some delicious sushi! I would definitely take another class with him and would go back and visit the Wine Collective!

Class was only about an hour long. The rest was instructor talking about himself. Needed clearer instructions. Several people took more than their portion of ingredients and others were left with none.

He has a bachelor's degree in restaurant, culinary, and catering management, is a former restaurant owner, has two decades worth of experience as an executive chef, and is the owner of a renowned catering company known for its creative and custom menus. Chef Greg looks forward to teaching you smart cooking techniques and incredible recipes you'll recreate time and time again.
