Very nice man but there is no charcuterie board training and the fresh mozz isn't like how we made in NJ or Italy. No recipes shared unless you ask. Still fun but I won't go back.

Had a great time. Chef Greg was informative and very personable. He took the time to work with each person individually to make sure they got what they wanted out of the class. I highly recommend his classes.
