Next, learn how to make a vibrant sunflower seed pesto with Pecorino Romano, garlic, lemon, and olive oil. With these building blocks, you’ll create a stunning pull-apart pesto star bread layered with housemade sunflower pesto, and a beautiful black & white seed braided bread topped with poppy seeds, sesame seeds, olive oil, and balsamic vinegar. These breads are sure to become a staple at your table.

Absolutely wonderful class! We learned some new techniques that we’re excited to use soon! Chef Elena explained everything very well and it was easy to follow her instructions and participate. The finished product was beautiful and delicious. It was a friendly, intimate setting that made for a wonderful afternoon. Looking forward to more classes with her in the future.
