Cooking Class: Unique Spanish-Asian Fusion
In this hands-on cooking class with Chef Greg, you’ll learn how to prepare an avant-garde three-course menu that artfully fuses Spanish and Asian ingredients, flavor profiles and cooking techniques. You’ll begin by making delicious surf and turf tostadas with spicy shrimp and carne asada. You’ll then learn how to prepare a flavor-bursting sushi burrito, stuffed with blackened ahi tuna and homemade enchilada fillings. For dessert, you’ll craft delectable saffron-scented, chocolate-dipped fortune cookies. You can then show off everything you’ve learned at your next dinner party!

Class was only about an hour long. The rest was instructor talking about himself. Needed clearer instructions. Several people took more than their portion of ingredients and others were left with none.
