Cooking Class: How to Create a Farmers Market Feast
In this hands-on cooking class with Chef Greg, you’ll learn how to prepare an authentic three-course Southwestern-style dinner menu using a colorful array of fresh fruits and vegetables from the local farmers market. Among the dishes you’ll create in this class are a grilled fruit compote showcasing a spectrum of flavors, an irresistible black coffee ribeye steak, smoked potatoes and corn with cilantro, and strawberry bread pudding with a brûléed crusty golden top and custard-like interior for dessert.

We had a great evening with Greg. Not only did he help teach us the proper way to prepare food, but he also gave us insight into how to combine different foods together. It was fun and interactive, but you could choose the level of interaction you wanted. Food was great and we were all pleased!
