The class was held outside in 100+ degree weather. There was no place to wash your and hands. The hygiene felt bad. Wasn’t easy to get a glass of water. Only saving feature was they Chef Greg seemed to know what he was doing.

Chef Greg did a great job emphasizing the secret techniques used in sushi making. This was a hands on class whereby you get to prepare 3 sushi types using pre-prepared veggies, rice and precut fish suppled by Chef Greg. Unfortunately it was a hot summer June evening, as the class was held outside. I would suggest providing some cold water/bottles for class participants. Including a picture of ny spicy shrimp sushi.

Chef Greg was fantastic! He was friendly and patient and made this whole process easy to learn! We made several sushi rolls, and will take a shot at making more at home soon.
