In this interactive cooking class, you will learn how to make gnocchi which is known and loved for its pillowy texture and versatility. Referred to fondly as the Italian dumpling, gnocchi can be found in restaurants and households around the world, so why not bring it to your own kitchen? Chef Cici will first teach you how to form gnocchi using cauliflower instead of potato for a healthier version of this dish. You will then learn how to craft a green sauce made with pistachios, fresh herbs and green peas.

Chef Cici was very nice but there were a few things that were not ideal. The space the class was held was in the back of a bar on a patio and was very crammed. It is a good thing that 2 people did not show up since there was not enough room if they did. Also, the description said that we were going to be making 2 kinds of rolls but we only ended up making the first one. I believe some people did not have enough ingredients to make their second (couples were paired up to make rolls). Lastly, the instructions were not very clear and the demonstration was not visible to many people. The class said it was 2 hours but were were there for about 30-45 minutes.

35 minutes for $117 ?? Not worth it. She was nice enough, but definitely but worth what we paid. Asking for a refund.

While Chef Cici was good at teaching, I was disappointed by the class. It is advertised as a 2 hour class that includes making two rolls, but the class was stopped after an hour and we didn’t make the second roll (sweet potato roll).

Her dishes are easy to prepare and the ingredients are always available in the pantry which is what I love about her recipes. They are also very healthy!
