You'll feel as if you're eating in an Italian trattoria during this engaging cooking class. Led by Chef David, you'll create three classic dishes from Italian cuisine.

To begin the class, make a fresh Caprese salad with heirloom tomatoes and fresh mozzarella drizzled with a balsamic reduction. Craft pasta from scratch and make a savory Bolognese sauce with pork, beef and red wine served alongside crunch garlic bread.

Finish the meal with an authentic creamy panna cotta topped with a berry compote for dessert.

We had an amazing time learning from Chef David. He came to teach us to make healthy Peruvian food for a date night at home. He’s incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about food. He is also very funny and easy to talk to. Since he was here, we gave made the dishes he’s taught us twice and they were a hit with the whole family.

The class was amazing! Chef David was extremely knowledgeable and very kind. He took time to answer everyone's questions and guide us. It was a very relaxed and fun environment. When my wife and I were kneading our pasta dough, I really didn't think it was going to be enough, but we actually both ended up with 2 full plates of pasta! It was very cool to also make our own pesto and have input on what adjustments to make. We'll definitely be taking more of his classes!

This was a super fun experience! My boyfriend and I enjoyed making the pasta and getting to know the group of people we were with. Chef David was friendly and knowledgeable about everything so we learned a lot too. Highly advise it for a date night or friend outing.

It was my friend’s birthday so Chef David made it very special. Chef David has a lot of passion for cooking and helping others to learn. He was prepared and was willing to help others with cooking. He has patience, determination, and a passion for cooking. It's worth taking his class. It was our first time taking this class, and it won’t be the last.
