Chef Cleeford was a great teacher and it was so much fun making sushi with him. He made it very easy and was very friendly. I'd definitely take another class with him!

The atmosphere was a lot of fun, and Chef Cleeford was very patient and a ton of fun to talk to. He mentioned that we should suggest ideas. I personally would love to see some Latin food classes, such as making Arepas/Empanadas, soups, etc. also it would be very cool to have the Chef teach a dish from they home country or region.

Cliff is very passionate about his cooking, and we enjoyed the evening. However, this is a very basic workshop. If you have ever made pasta before, this will be fun, but not very informative.
