Team Building Activity: Italian Pasta Making Workshop
In this pasta-centric team building activity, Chef Dirk shares his culinary expertise to provide your team with an Italian pasta making workshop. You and your team will work together to prepare fresh, handmade Italian pasta from scratch and also make a crisp salad and rich gelato dessert. First, he'll divide your group into teams, each of which will be tasked with the preparation of a particular style of pasta, as well as the accompanying sauce. Then, you'll start learning how to use the different kinds of traditional Italian pasta-making tools including hand-crank pasta makers, pasta wheels, five wheel cutters and garganelli strippers. By the end of this fun and engaging class, your group will be Italian pasta-making masters.

Chef Dirk was super fun and we all had a great time. I would have liked the recipes printed up for us at the time of the class. Also, we paid an extra $650. for the space and we ate on plastic plates with plastic forks.

Chef Dirk’s sophisticated French cooking class was so much fun. Chef does a really good job in making sure everyone participates in the process and he is very welcoming.
