Team Building Activity: Farm-to-Table Experience
Join Chef Dirk in this team building activity where your group will learn how to prepare a vibrant and colorful four-course meal built on the principles of a contemporary plant-based diet. This unique farm-to-table dining experience will begin with a fresh garden salad dressed in homemade European vinaigrette. Then, Chef Dirk will guide your team through the process of preparing two plant-based entrées, including vegetable fried rice loaded with colorful vegetables and herbs and a sauté dish featuring balsamic eggplant, king oyster mushrooms and fruit. Lastly, you'll wrap up your plant-based feast with a seasonal fruit salad drizzled in a homemade apple cider maple syrup marinade.

Chef Dirk’s sophisticated French cooking class was so much fun. Chef does a really good job in making sure everyone participates in the process and he is very welcoming.

Chef Dirk was super fun and we all had a great time. I would have liked the recipes printed up for us at the time of the class. Also, we paid an extra $650. for the space and we ate on plastic plates with plastic forks.
