The rich, rustic flavors of German cuisine come to life in this hearty European meal! Let Chef Dirk introduce you to the delicious possibilities of German recipes in this hands-on cooking class.
You'll begin with grilled appetizers that combine meat and vegetables with melted cheese before creating a Schweitzer Art green salad with pancetta and vinaigrette. For your entrée, prepare a Jägerschnitzel robed in mushroom cream sauce and served with spätzle. Finish up your lesson with pears flambés for dessert, seasoned with black pepper and fresh mint.

Chef Dirk was lovely and very communicative, however many of the items were pre-prepared and it felt somewhat disorganized.
