What You’ll Do

Make your evening meal into a special occasion by learning the secrets for quick cooking in this hands-on cooking class with Chef Elham. You'll gather skills and techniques to help you prepare elegant dishes with minimal fuss, perfect for weeknight dinners!

You'll start by preparing a seared cumin-crusted chicken served with delicately wilted baby spinach. Then, it's on to a savory shrimp scampi and soba noodles peppered with fresh seasonal vegetables. Finish up by creating pizza using puff pastry dough, topped with slices of prosciutto, arugula leaves and caramelized onion.
