You'll start by preparing a seared cumin-crusted chicken served with delicately wilted baby spinach. Then, it's on to a savory shrimp scampi and soba noodles peppered with fresh seasonal vegetables. Finish up by creating pizza using puff pastry dough, topped with slices of prosciutto, arugula leaves and caramelized onion.

We had fun and learned some helpful tips for making chocolate desserts. My sisters and I think that there should be a maximum of 4 students in a class because the kitchen is small.

Had an awesome time taking this class. The recipes were delish, great tips on where to source the ingredients and best Tom Ka soup I've ever had, can't wait to make it for friends at home when I get access to the class recipes! Super fun evening

For the past two decades, Chef Elham has been sharing her passion for cooking with others as a private chef, caterer and culinary instructor. Most recently, Chef Elham has served as the culinary program director of America's largest hands-on cooking class program as well as a culinary instructor at one of Google's largest campuses. Her specialties include classic French cuisine as well as exotic Asian fare that entices and energizes the palate.
