Even if you've never created your own at home, this sushi making class from Chef Elham will get you rolling toward culinary mastery in no time. Learn to choose fresh ingredients and turn them into delicious creations you can share with guests or enjoy on your own!

This well-rounded course includes lessons in preparing ideal sushi rice, then use it as a base for creating nigiri and seafood rolls with market-available fish or shrimp, California rolls using real crab meat and spicy tuna rolls.

Chef Elham was fantastic! She was incredibly prepared, fun to talk to, easy to learn from and we made delicious food together! I would 10000% recommend her to others who are interested in learning how to make sushi rolls or other cuisine.

Most recently, Chef Elham has served as the culinary program director of America's largest hands-on cooking class program as well as a culinary instructor at one of Google's largest campuses.
