You'll create a classic ratatouille seasoned with the complex flavor of herbs de Provence, served with goat cheese and crostini. Then, you'll craft an organic chicken entrée overflowing with the sharp, savory flavor of roasted garlic. And for dessert, you'll whip up a flourless chocolate cake with fresh whipped cream!
