Cooking Class: Simple Sushi Rolls at Home

In this interactive cooking class designed for beginners, Chef Jordan will teach you easy ways to cook rice and prepare vegetables to make your own sushi at home. Learn how to balance the delicate flavors of each bite as you explore the art of sushi-making from rice to roll.


Using traditional techniques and seasonal ingredients, you will craft a selection of restaurant-worthy rolls while practicing skills from battering and frying tempura to creating spicy sauces and textural garnishes. Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
