Romance is a concept perfected by the Italians, in the realms of both food and love. In this private hands-on cooking class with Chef Francesca, you and your partner will learn the romantic art of preparing your own handmade pasta from scratch.
First, you’ll learn to create your own dough using the freshest ingredients before rolling your own pasta. Then, you’ll choose two sauces to top your delicious creations, from a selection that includes San Marzano sauce with basil, porcini sauce with truffle oil, a creamy smoked salmon sauce, broccoli pesto and more!

Chef Francesca was born and raised in Sardinia, Italy, and discovered her passion for cuisine at an early age. Her greatest love is cooking traditional foods from her homeland using traditional techniques to create authentic homemade pastas, sauces and desserts.
