Born in France, Chef Pierre started his culinary career with 12 years of French culinary training, and spent one year studying in Italy. Having worked with some of the top chefs in the world, including Chef Alain Ducasse, Chef Pierre himself has now become an expert, particularly when it comes to preparing fish and meats, whipping up sauces and baking artisanal desserts. He's even had the honor of cooking for four United States presidents! Chef Pierre has been an executive chef and culinary instructor for many years, and he continues to offer his background of skills and knowledge to young students. Perhaps most importantly, in all of his cooking classes, Chef Pierre teaches from the heart and shares his passion for the art of cooking.
