For the main course, learn to make fresh linguine pasta to serve in a creamy roasted tomato and spinach sauce. Chef Pat was AWESOME! She was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. Chef Pat adjusts her teaching style and techniques to your comfort level and will provide the tools (food and equipment) needed for success. I would recommend her for couples, parties, or special occasions.
