Cooking Class: Create a Vegan Italian Feast

Craft a classic Italian meal with a vegan twist in this engaging cooking class led by Chef Patricia. You'll get a tour of Old World Italian using hearty plant-based recipes.


To start, you'll make a refreshing green salad with avocado and spinach and drizzled with a sweet and tangy honey-lime dressing. Then use vegan sausage, red onion, and basil to make a savory crostini piled high on toasted bread. The main course will be a creamy ravioli stuffed with mushrooms and spinach and topped with vegan parmesan. Indulge in a vegan cheesecake parfait with a crumbly graham cracker crust and sweet berries on top for dessert.

She spent ten years honing her culinary and pastry chef skills by working in numerous three star restaurants, patisseries and gluten free bakeries.
