Chef Gustavo has created a flavor-infused Latin American brunch menu in this fun and interactive cooking class. Start off with fresh orange juice and coffee. You'll then prepare a colorful fruit salad with berries, green apple, mint and cheese. Next is a traditional huevos pasados rancheros with poached eggs, refried black beans, tomato salsa and pickled jalapeños. Finish with authentic arepas de queso, a flour corn cake filled with fresh mozzarella, scrambled eggs and spring onions.

As a self-proclaimed foodie or Hispanic heritage - I had high expectations, and Chef Gustavo did not disappoint. Not only was the food orgasmically AMAZING but it was an evening filled with great conversation about culture, history, and so much more! The laughs were not scarce thanks to Chef Gustavo. I can't wait to do this again.

Chef Gustavo taught us how to make the dishes plus provided a lot of information too. It was a wonderful evening and I would recommend that everyone take a class with Chef Gustavo.
