Cooking Class: International Fried Favorites

In this interactive cooking class, explore fried foods from around the world. Chef Sara will teach you to make flaky pastry for pyramid-shaped samosas with spiced potato and pea filling along with a tangy yogurt dipping sauce. Banana fritters are a popular dessert from the Caribbean islands to countries across Asia and make a sweet contrast to the savory samosas.


Cooking classes on Classpop! are designed to be social events that do not require any previous experience. Guests are welcome to purchase beer to enjoy during the class.
