In this cooking class for two, you and your guest will learn how to bake up some of your favorite goodies. Chef Tiffany will share her professional baking skills and expertise, teaching you the proper techniques to mixing, rolling and baking these sweet treats. You'll learn how to make perfectly moist chocolate brownies, as well as irresistibly sweet and soft snickerdoodle cookies and a sweet and sticky apple pie. Since it's a private class, you'll even be able to customize your pastries to your taste, whether you want to add nuts to your brownies or berries to your pie. Guests are welcome to bring beer and wine to enjoy with your meal.

Chef Tiffany arrived on time with all the supplies and materials she would need. She did an excellent job explaining what we were going to make, and how we were going to make it. She patiently answered all of our questions. Also very personable and a pleasure to work with. Very memorable experience. We would love to have her back again soon 💕

Fantastic class and the kids loved every minute of the class. She was super patient with the kids and came prepared to teach. The food was beyond delicious and we really enjoyed her presence and amazing personality.

Did this with my boyfriend and we had an absolute blast! She was so sweet and fun! The whole entire meal was delicious! She gives you the basics before doing anything and you learn a lot. So happy we booked her (she also can create a menu for you if you want something different)! :)

Born and raised in Maryland, Chef Tiffany gathered her strong sense of Southern culture from her mother. After graduating from Johnson & Wales University in Charlotte, North Carolina, she began teaching, which has given her the chance to share her enthusiasm for cooking. Chef Tiffany is excited to bring her experience and passion in the culinary world to a growing roster of students of all skill levels and backgrounds.
