My fiancé and I had a great time learning to make sushi with Chef Jordan! He made it a lot of fun with playing music and showing us how to make 3 different type of rolls. We even had a competition at the end to see who had the best presentation, taste and cut! Great date night, would definitely recommend!

To Chef Jordan, cooking is truly an art form. He learned intricate methods for combining flavors and aromas in a way that captivates eaters while undertaking several professional experiences, including at the prestigious Eleven Madison Park, a three-star Michelin restaurant in New York. Moreover, his first-hand experience with Spanish culture influenced his palate and helped him develop his own style of food. Chef Jordan, who has worked as a chef for eight years, plans to spend the rest of his life learning new techniques and cooking styles.
