Cooking Class: Epic Thai Flavors
Chef Li will teach you the recipes to make four delicious Thai dishes in this cooking class.
To start, layer glass noodles, cabbage, carrots and mushrooms into wrappers and fry to make golden, crispy spring rolls. Serve it with a Thai sweet chili sauce prepared in advance by Chef Li. Next, make a refreshing green papaya salad with long beans, grape tomatoes and dried shrimp with a squeeze of fresh lime juice and a sprinkle of peanuts. Then, learn how to make an authentic pad Thai with chicken or shrimp, filled with rice noodles and bean sprouts and seasoned with chives and shallots. Indulge in a sweet mango sticky rice made with coconut cream for a decadent dessert. Book your cooking class today!

We enjoyed our class very much! Chef Li gave us excellent instructions, the food was portioned out appropriately for each couple, and we had lots of room at our cooking station. We sat at a communal table in her lovely home, which made it cozy and thoroughly enjoyed our meal. And, we even got a special treat since it was Valentines Day.

Meet your chef
Chef Li is an experienced chef who has cooked and studied all around the world. She was formerly based in Singapore, where she offered private cooking classes as well as corporate cooking events. Now Chef Li offers cooking classes in the US, although her style is influenced by her international background. Although Chef Li specializes in traditional Chinese and Southeast Asian cuisine, she welcomes students of all culinary backgrounds and loves the chance to open their minds to new cooking styles.
