Cooking Class: Make Nigiri and More Japanese Specialties
indulge your love of Southeast Asian cuisine with cooking classes focused on the art of Japanese specialties. Chef Justin shares tips for preparing, cutting, rolling and topping a variety of nigiri and sushi rolls. Start with a cucumber roll with avocado, tuna and ginger. Next is a shrimp summer roll prepared with rice paper, avocado and carrots. Then, prepare sake nigiri with salmon and rice vinegar and scallop nigiri with rice vinegar. End with creamy strawberry mochi and ice cream.

Our personal cooking class with Chef Justin was perfect. He provided all fresh seafood, provided detailed instructions, and even had some humor/jokes during the class. My husband and I had a wonderful time and would recommend Chef Justin to anyone.

Chef Justin was wonderful! He was extremely organized when he arrived to our home, and had all the fresh ingredients ready to go. He taught us unique prep techniques (how to cut fish/veggies in different ways), and answered all of our questions along the way.
