Cooking Class: Fresh Italian Seafood Feast

Use fresh seasonal ingredients and traditional Italian cooking techniques in this cooking class. Chef Pierre leads you through an interactive experience as you learn how to prepare a four-course Italian seafood menu. Start with a hot goat cheese salad with balsamic vinaigrette and crostini topped with fresh herbs and vegetables. Your entrée is homemade tagliatelle with sweet tomato basil sauce and seasonal fish and shrimp. End on a sweet note with chocolate mousse and seasonal fruit.

We had a great night and fun time learning from Chef Pierre! All the courses were amazing, especially the beef Wellington! We have tried Gordon Ramsay’s at Hell’s Kitchen and Chefs Pierre’s beef Wellington was 100 times better in our opinion.

Having worked with some of the top chefs in the world, including Chef Alain Ducasse, Chef Pierre himself has now become an expert, particularly when it comes to preparing fish and meats, whipping up sauces and baking artisanal desserts. He's even had the honor of cooking for four United States presidents!
