What You’ll Do

A refreshing Caprese salad with fresh mozzarella, tomatoes and basil, drizzled with olive oil begins the meal. Then, become a pasta master as you whip up dough from scratch. Practice kneading and rolling out the dough before cutting it into fettuccine. As the pasta boils, whip up a garlic tomato sauce to make fettuccine alla scarpariello.
