Assemble your own sashimi-grade sushi rolls in this Japanese-style cooking class hosted by Chef Misun. You'll master making various types of sushi with the help of a true expert!

You’ll begin this technique-focused class by preparing a simple garden salad in a zesty carrot-ginger dressing paired with a delicate miso soup of seaweed and tofu. Next, you will discover the versatility of Japanese-style cooking techniques by preparing three styles of sushi: maki rolls, nigiri and hand rolls. Finally, infuse créme brûlée with a citrus fruit cultivated prominently in East Asia for a lemony finish.

This was a good and unique experience for my husband's birthday. Chef Mishun was prompt, she came in and got straight down to work. She showed up how to make the Sushi, was patient and corrected our errors so that we were proud of the final product. The food was great. We enjoyed ourselves and would book her again.

We had a wonderful time celebrating my mother’s birthday. She was patient, sweet , and respectful. We all loved learning how to make the dough for the ravioli. Amazing hands on experience!
