Cooking Class: Upscale Mediterranean Menu

In this hands-on cooking class with Chef Lamour, you will learn how to prepare an upscale four-course Mediterranean menu using authentic recipes and fresh, high-quality ingredients. 

Chef Lamour will begin by teaching you how to prepare a proper meze starter, including homemade hummus and muhammara. Then, you will learn how to make juicy Lebanese sausages with marinated fennel and blood oranges as well as an earthy Cornish hen tagine served with a currant and toasted almond couscous. Lastly, you'll enjoy a chocolate spanakopita with cinnamon créme for dessert.
