You'll even make your own spaghetti pasta dough to serve with your meatballs and homemade marinara sauce. And for dessert, you'll prepare an authentic Tiraminolli: a creative blend of tiramisu and cannoli that will satisfy your sweet tooth. Italian Tossed Salad
With Romaine lettuce, Roma tomatoes, English cucumber, Vidalia onions and homemade Italian dressing
Ancient Roman Meatballs
With ground beef, white bread, milk, Italian seasoning blend, salt, black pepper, parsley, Parmesan cheese, eggs, onion and garlic
Sicilian Spaghetti Pasta Dough
Served with meatballs and homemade marinara basil sauce
With all-purpose flour, eggs, extra virgin olive oil, salt and turmeric (water if needed)
Fusion Tiraminolli Dessert

H family and I had a great time with Chef Landi! His home was warm and welcoming and he was a great host. We loved learning to make his recipes and the meal was delicious! So much fun!

Chef Landi’s cooking class was absolutely wonderful! The class was well-planned, creating an experience that was both educational and fun. Chef Landi demonstrated techniques in a way that made them easy to understand, and was encouraging to each of us. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and you can tell how passionate Chef Landi is about cooking and sharing that passion with others. The recipes were delicious, and reasonably simple enough to recreate at home, which made the class even more valuable. What really stood out was the hands-on approach and the personalized guidance throughout the session. No question felt too small, and Chef Landi made sure everyone felt confident and included. The food was delicious, and it was a wonderful night!

Chef Landi began his culinary career many decades ago as a restaurant server in Italy. His passion for food led to a career with rapid growth as he quickly became confident in the kitchen, learning classical Italian culinary training. Upon relocating to the U.S. in 2001, Chef Landi channeled his culinary passions and valuable skills into a profession of culinary instruction. A highly-respected chef and instructor, Chef Landi is certainly someone to learn from.
