Cooking Class: A Dinner From Roma
Cook a multi-course Roman meal in this fun cooking class with Chef Alessia.
The meal starts with frittini, seasonal vegetables coated in flour and fried in olive oil. This fresh and crispy appetizer will be your introduction to Roman cuisine. Next, explore the art of handmade pasta. You'll whip up a pasta dough from scratch before kneading the dough and shaping it into pasta. Make either a creamy Carbonara topped with pecorino Romano cheese and savory pancetta or a cacio e pepe made with pecorino Romano and fresh black pepper. Make a flaky shortcrust pastry filled with creamy ricotta cheese and sweet cherries. A crostata pie ends the meal on a sweet note. Book your spot today!
